Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, or otherwise.
Entire Agreement: These Terms (and the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.
